Biography

Building innovation ecosystems through partnership and sustainable transformation.

Lena Miranda is the CEO of Linköping Science Park in Sweden, where she has led the organisation since 2014. Her work focuses on strengthening innovation ecosystems by fostering collaboration between industry, academia and the public sector.

Through this ecosystem role, she supports entrepreneurship, business growth and sustainable societal transformation, helping partnerships translate innovation into durable economic and social value.

Lena is a former Chair of Swedish Incubators & Science Parks and a former member of the Swedish Government's National Innovation Council. She is also the immediate past president of the International Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation, where she served on the board for seven years.

In 2022, she was awarded an Honorary Doctorate by Linköping University in recognition of her contributions to innovation and regional development.

She is passionate about building partnerships that turn innovation into sustainable economic growth and positive societal impact.
